Focusing can be deeply personal, healing work. Please plan to attend at a location and time where you will have access to quiet and privacy. To the best of your ability, get a good night’s sleep and make sure you’ve eaten and hydrated. Feel free to bring comfort objects such as a blanket, favorite stuffed animal, tissues, water/warm beverage, and anything else that you might find supportive to your process. Having a little space afterwards to relax, process, or journal can be helpful. I look forward to working with you soon!
