Inner Relationship Focusing

A Somatic, Parts-Based experience for cultivating a healing relationship with your inner self

Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) is not therapy. It's a guided process that helps you pay attention to your body, be with your felt sense and internal experience, and develop a trusting and compassionate relationship with your inner parts and Self to support healing and change. It is similar to Internal Family Systems (IFS), with a greater awareness on your somatic experience.
